Compact acid and chemical dosing pump
The DLX solenoid dosing pump is designed for applications that require accurate, low-flow chemical dosing with dependable control. It is well suited to water treatment, industrial process control and agricultural dosing where consistency and repeatability matter. With flexible control options and a compact footprint, it integrates easily into both TomTech installations, water meters and existing systems.
Operating at flow rates of up to 20 litres per hour and pressures up to 20 bar, the pump delivers precise metering across a wide range of dosing tasks. The pump head is available in polypropylene or PVDF to suit different chemicals, with PTFE diaphragms and a choice of valve types to support long-term reliability. Self-priming capability and multiple mounting options make installation straightforward, whether wall-mounted or foot-mounted.
In day-to-day use, the DXF pump supports stable chemical control for applications such as pH correction, biocide dosing, chlorine injection and water quality management. Control can be matched closely to the process, from simple manual adjustment through to proportional control and 4–20 mA integration with external systems.

FAQs
This chemical dosing pump is commonly used for pH correction, chlorine dosing, biocide injection, nutrient dosing and general water treatment. It is suitable for horticulture, agriculture, industrial processes and commercial water systems where accurate low-flow dosing is required.
Yes. The unit supports proportional control and 4–20 mA signal input, allowing it to integrate with environmental controllers, PLC systems and automated dosing setups. This ensures dosing rates can respond directly to process feedback such as pH or redox readings.
Material selection depends on the chemical being dosed. Polypropylene is suitable for many common water treatment chemicals, while PVDF offers enhanced chemical resistance for more aggressive acids and oxidising agents. Our team can advise on compatibility based on your specific application.
