Our complete feed rigs are designed to provide accurate, reliable nutrient and acid dosing for commercial greenhouse irrigation systems. Built for growers who need consistent fertigation control, each unit is pre-assembled for straightforward installation and dependable day-to-day operation.

The rig is supplied on a stainless steel frame with adjustable feet and requires only a single power supply cable, PVC water pipework and hose connections from the feed tanks to the peristaltic pumps. This simplifies on-site installation and reduces commissioning time.

The system can be configured for either in-line or in-tank operation, depending on the layout of the irrigation system. A typical configuration includes dual pH monitoring with two probes, an EC monitor with conductivity electrode, a dedicated control cabinet with irrigation pump manual override and switching gear, a sample line with flow switches, hand valves and solenoid valve, a 24 litre pressure vessel, and an irrigation or circulation pump with variable speed control.

The feed and acid dosing process is managed through compatible control systems, including T100, T200 or Micro Feed controllers. Operators can programme target pH and EC set points, with conductivity levels adjustable via light sensor input where required. Nutrient pump ratios can be altered to modify the feed recipe without changing concentrate strength, offering practical flexibility throughout the growing cycle.

Each rig is fitted with one conductivity sensor and two pH sensors. The dual pH arrangement is recommended to reduce the risk of acid overdosing. By setting a maximum allowable variation between the two electrodes within the control system, dosing can be automatically stopped if readings fall outside the defined tolerance.
