T200 Greenhouse Control System
The T200 is a flexible monitoring and control system designed for commercial greenhouses that need reliable, configurable control of climate and irrigation. Built around a clear 10.1 inch colour touchscreen, it provides an intuitive way to view conditions, adjust settings and manage greenhouse systems from a single point. It is suitable for both new installations and expanding sites where scalability and long term reliability are important.
Modular hardware design
The T200 can be populated with up to 15 plug in cards, allowing the system to be tailored precisely to site requirements. Sensor cards support a wide range of measurements including air temperature, soil, floor or bench temperature, heating pipe temperature, relative and wet or dry humidity, light, CO₂, pH, conductivity and pressure. This modular approach allows growers to add capability as requirements change, without replacing the main controller.
Irrigation and feed control
Up to two FEED5 boards can be installed within the system, providing full control of feed systems with up to five dosing pumps per board for nutrients and acid. Valve cards extend this capability further, with each card able to control up to 20 solenoid driven valves for irrigation or fertigation. The system can be configured for different valve types and pipework arrangements, including master, distribution and rinse valves, making it suitable for complex irrigation layouts.
Equipment control and channels
Channel cards add proportional or on off control channels for greenhouse equipment such as vents, screens and heating valves. Each channel includes output relays and digital inputs, allowing the system to detect when equipment has been switched to manual operation. Any channel can be configured for proportional or on off control, giving flexibility across a wide range of applications.
Software and programming
The T200 is supplied with fully configurable and easy to use software covering all common greenhouse functions, including heating, ventilation, screens, lighting, CO₂, misting and irrigation. Programming supports time based changes, high and low thresholds and independent alarms. The system is password protected to prevent unauthorised use, and all software updates are provided free of charge.
